Ahead of the launch of my next project Forward Consciousness II - EP release, here is an opportunity to listen to several tracks Climate Change, Family First, and Take Control of Your Mind. I was inspired to create these forward consciousness flows to highlight my love for hip-hop culture with an emphasis on activism, prioritizing our family and community, as well as, uplifting young minds to standards like those who pioneered hip-hop as an art form. We have to respect the lyrical craft, not treat what we do as just a commodity, but provide integrity each time we step to the mic, we owe that to our ancestors.
